Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare sales orders in line with SOPs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
  • Maintain and regularly update ERP and CRM systems for accurate and reliable data management.
  • Generate reports on customer requirements, feedback, market competition, and new product opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas in processes and systems and support the implementation of enhancements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build strong business relationships.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure the timely execution of sales and service-related activities across the assigned region.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure clarity, efficiency, and seamless order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

2 - 4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial support roles.

Experience working with ERP and/or CRM platforms.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and customer-focused approach.
