Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Telecaller to join our growing Immigration & Visa Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, building trust, and booking consultation appointments for our advisors.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential and career growth into Senior Consultant / Team Leader positions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads provided by the company
Introduce and explain immigration and visa services in a clear and professional manner
Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable programs
Handle basic inquiries and overcome objections confidently
Schedule appointments and maintain proper follow-ups
Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication and convincing skills
Fluency in English & Hindi
Minimum high school / bachelor’s degree preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; telesales experience is an advantage
