Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, special requests, and reservations received from stores or online channels.
- Prepare and update documentation for exchanges, refunds, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure all customer service requests are logged in the CRM/ERP system accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries received through email, website forms, or call centers (no direct in-store interaction).
- Prepare responses or route cases to the appropriate teams (store, logistics, repair center, etc.).
- Maintain a detailed log of all customer cases and ensure proper closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service or back-office operations, preferably in jewellery/retail.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Good communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work with sensitive and high-value products responsibly.
- Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
