Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, special requests, and reservations received from stores or online channels.
  • Prepare and update documentation for exchanges, refunds, repairs, and replacements.
  • Ensure all customer service requests are logged in the CRM/ERP system accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries received through email, website forms, or call centers (no direct in-store interaction).
  • Prepare responses or route cases to the appropriate teams (store, logistics, repair center, etc.).
  • Maintain a detailed log of all customer cases and ensure proper closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service or back-office operations, preferably in jewellery/retail.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Good communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and high-value products responsibly.
  • Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
