• Prepare Quotation based on established procedures and standards of the company.
• Receive orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, and enter orders into the system.
• Organize, input and update relevant data about the customer in the database
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and organizational standard operating procedures at all times, including, but not limited to, communication, processing of paperwork, billing
• Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an effective manner, involving the concerned sales person or operations manager when necessary
• File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as needed
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
• Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships in a professional manner
• Ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
