6) Job Description:
• Interactions Monitoring (remote or side-by-side) for calls, Emails, chats, social media
• Handles chat support using IntelliTicks application
• Reply to emails, text messages and calls from customer inquiries
• Calls customer to confirm, verify and finalize the order
• Calls customer to inform about any existing promotion
• Send emails, SMS, whatsapp messages to customers
• Ensure adherence to Quality SLAs and meeting targets and deadlines
• Preparation of call monitoring data & related internal reports
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports.
