Answer properly all the emails received from customers and redirect to concerned department if necessary.
Attending phone calls from customers and provide details about company services.
Follow up of customer complaints by checking with concerned departments.
Maintain a separate file to record details about customers.
Job Requirements :
Candidate with full knowledge of E Mirsal 2 and customs.
Basic computer knowledge needed.
Good telephone etiquette.
