Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 Years of experience in customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions quickly and effectively.
Capability to handle multiple inquiries or tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, help desk platforms, and other computer applications relevant to customer service.
Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
