Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role


We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Listings & Customer Service Agent to support our growing online retail business. This role focuses on maintaining and updating product listings and providing customer service across our key sales platforms.

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Amazon, as well as excellent written and spoken English.

This position does not involve order processing or warehouse management. The primary responsibility is to keep all online sales channels up to date and respond professionally to customer inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management

  • Create, edit, and optimize product listings on eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Amazon.

  • Update titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.

  • Ensure stock levels and listing information are accurate.

  • Monitor listings and correct any errors or policy issues.

  • Maintain a consistent and professional presentation across all platforms.

Platform Maintenance

  • Keep all marketplaces up to date with current products and information.

  • Remove outdated listings and update existing products.

  • Ensure listings comply with each platform’s rules and standards.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Handle product questions, returns, and general support requests.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing e-commerce listings and customer service.

  • Strong hands-on experience with eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Amazon.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and listing optimization.

  • Experience using spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with inventory or listing management software.


Working Hours

Candidates should be available to work during UK business hours.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MUST BE FLUENT IN WRITING AND SPEAKING ENGLISH

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH PLATFORMS LIKE EBAY, TEMU, SHOPIFY & LINNWORKS.
