Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Actively listen to customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback, ensuring accurate record-keeping for improved service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and implement effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications in customer service or communication preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail or tech industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems is essential.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
