About Us:

800 Flower LLC is a leading flower delivery service in the UAE, providing customers with high-quality floral arrangements for every occasion. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients have a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls with proper etiquette.
Provide our clients with exceptional customer service by emails and WhatsApp.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Give the customer your full attention, greeting all walk-in customers and provide information about product and services.
Communicating and coordinating with florist as necessary.
Processing orders and managing shopify and update the tracking sheets regularly.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Coordinate with logistics and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Update orders of Deliveroo, Talabat, purchase invoice and wastage reports on daily basis.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and follow up until query is resolved.
Assist Senior Customer service leader in preparing order summary and reports.
Report to Operations Manager regularly on challenges or concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the flower industry in the UAE.
Proficiency in managing online platforms (like Shopify, CRM systems, or similar customer service software) is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
