Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to air cargo shipments, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process air waybills, customs documentation, and other necessary paperwork with meticulous accuracy to avoid delays.
  • Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status, potential issues, and estimated arrival times.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor’s degree in Management or IT is required.

Applicants must be of Tagalog speaking nationality only (male candidates are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
