Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels for clearance instructions of Import Shipments.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and queries through phone calls and emails.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Ensure closing of Proof of Deliveries for all import shipments.

  • Communicating and coordinating with sales Dept and Operations Dept for Instructions/ queries from the clients.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Coordinate with clients about queries from Brinks Station about Import and Export shipments in and out of DXB.

  • Coordinate for booking of Brinks Connect shipments

  • Coordinate with customers about expiry of Customs Bond for their shipments.

  • Coordinate with Accounts Dept for import and export shipments moved on Collect charge basis.

  • Maintenance of monthly logs of transactions for customers for billing purpose.

  • Clear understanding of Valuable Cargo Logistics – Process and Methodologies

  • Understanding of UAE Customs clearance procedures and requirements.

  • In depth understanding of Import and Export Process.

  • Understanding of Brinks SOPs.
