Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquettes
Register new patients and check their insurance eligibility
Protects patient confidentiality
Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
Timely reporting of any cause of delay in raising the invoices
Responsible to identify and validate the insurance card acceptability
To attend meetings, training and orientations to obtain updated information on policies, protocols, billing methods, insurance agreements and discount rates

Can work independently and efficiently
Good Computer skills
English communication skills
Time management
Please note this is a full time job based in Dubai (5 days a week - 9 hours per day) - Only UAE nationals will be considered for this role.
