Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide informed and relevant customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency and enhancement.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, contributing to overall team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

SPEAKS ARABIC

  • Demonstrates fluency in Arabic (native) and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools to manage customer interactions and data.
