Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues, contributing to continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through processes and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores, to support team goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address customer concerns efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
