Job Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all customer needs are met and are maximized
* Undertaking effective individual and team retention plans
* Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately
* Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues
* Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines
* Receive and respond to incoming travel requests
* Collect information from travel agent and hotels vendors etc.
* Working all customer contact opportunities and generating new business leads
Job Requirements:
* A High School Diploma, higher education is an advantage
* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Ability to follow instructions and seek advice or look up information if required
* Remain tenacious in the pursuit of excellence
* Proactively seek feedback from customers and act upon it
* Take on board new ideas and adapt them further to make them your own
