Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
- Prepare, assess, and recommend loan applications and maintenance requests for approval by the Consumer Processing Unit.
- Receive and process requests including account opening, online banking requests, and returned cheque handling.
- Encourage customers to increase balances to qualify for higher-tier customer programs.
- Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs by referring eligible customers.
- Educate Classic and Advantage customers on ATM, call centre, and online banking channels.
- Promote customer migration to digital channels for convenience and operational efficiency.
- Acquire new customers through personal relationships and referrals.
- Respond to call centre inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Meet individual monthly sales and service targets.
- Participate in and occasionally lead daily retail sales team meetings.
- Drive onboarding of customers to Online/Mobile Banking and assist with app demos and digital usage.
- Meet NPS targets by consistently providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring zero complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and complete mandatory internal trainings.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school graduate; diploma or higher is an added advantage.
Minimum two years of relevant banking experience.
Good understanding of retail bank products, digital channels, and branch service procedures.
Strong communication, customer service, and cross-selling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Tech-savvy with the ability to guide customers on mobile and online banking.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
