Receive and process customer requests, enquiries and complaints relating to copmany products and services. Ensure delivery of high quality service to customer in issuance of documents like policies, endorsements, certificates to the customers/brokers etc. in compliance with company’s set policies and procedures.

Policies, Processes & Procedures:
 Adhere to requirements of operational procedures and instructions to team, so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Day- to-day operations:
 Perform the day-to-day operations of Customer Services team, under the supervision of the Manager – Commercial Lines, to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures

Unit Planning:
 Contribute to the Unit Plan set by the Team Leader and implement accordingly so that work is distributed effectively while prioritizing the activities of the unit in such a way so as to deal with critical matters and time-bound assignments effectively.
 Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Customer Services Operations:
 Receive, evaluate submissions on new and renewal business within authority

 Ensure consistent, accurate and high quality customer service for all types of transactions for the following services within authority:
- Quotation
- New business
- Renewal
- Endorsements
- Certificates
- Customer complaint

Deliver the service according to predefined SLAs
 Monitor inflow and outflow of business requests and ensure they are
handled according to company's quality standards.
 Key-in information and complete the new business transactions.
 Adjust information and complete the endorsement transactions.
 Complete the transaction referred from Branch’s front desk.
 Develop and maintain high levels of ADNIC’s product and service knowledge
 Receive customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the customer or provide a reasonable and acceptable explanation based on company policy. Escalate matters to the Supervisor if necessary.


Insurance

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
 University graduate
 Certification from Chartered Insurance Institute, UK or its equivalent and/or Certification in Insurance Operations preferred
 Bilingual candidates preferred (English and Arabic)

Minimum Experience:
 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in GCC countries with good knowledge of insurance procedures, with some exposure of backing up the team leader.

Job-Specific Skills:
 Marketing skills.
 Knowledge of concepts of customer service/ Operations
 Knowledge of basic technical aspects of Marine Cargo and Hull Insurance Policies
 Knowledge of basic technical aspects of other commercial lines Insurance Policies preferred
 Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
 Organizational skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Candidate/staff's employment can be converted to permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.
