Job Purpose: To handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide clear and accurate information about services, processes, and timelines. Register customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups in the system. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of requests. Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions. Support front-desk or service operations when required. Comply with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
