Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and complaints within defined guidelines

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and escalating issues where necessary

Recommend banking products or services based on customer needs and feedback

Update and maintain customer records through service requests and complaints tracking

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information and bank data

Meet service standards, customer satisfaction scores, and call quality targets

Contribute to business growth through lead generation and cross-selling FAB products

Ensure compliance with all FAB policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements

Support unplanned or scheduled shifts to achieve defined performance targets

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma required (higher education preferred)

0 2 years of experience in banking or customer service roles

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and documentation skills

Ability to manage calls under pressure while maintaining service quality

UAE National with a valid family book (mandatory requirement)
