We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and suggest improvements.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as established.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand services.
- Utilize appropriate tools and software for managing customer inquiries and information.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Identify trends in customer issues and report findings to management.
- Provide feedback to the customer service leadership team on ongoing issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse situations.
