Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and addressing inquiries and resolving issues .
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality .
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations based on individual requirements and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Arabic (native) and English (written and spoken) is essential, with excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Must be an Emirati national .
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a proven ability to handle customer interactions would be preferable
