Position Overview

This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in alignment with FAB s values and service goals.

What You ll Do


* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, adhering to service quality standards
* Resolve customer complaints within defined authority limits or escalate when necessary
* Provide accurate product and service information to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
* Identify customer needs and recommend FAB products or services accordingly
* Record and update customer interactions, requests, and complaints accurately in the system
* Maintain data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
* Support sales initiatives by generating leads and upselling FAB offerings during customer interactions
* Adapt to flexible shift schedules and provide support during high-demand periods
* Participate in team meetings and tasks assigned by supervisors to support departmental goals

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification
* 0 2 years of experience in banking or call center customer service roles
* Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
* Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential data
* Must hold a valid UAE National family book (mandatory)
