Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Top Prestige For Workers Guidance Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with government-related services.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Guide clients through our range of services, including visa processing, labor contracts, and court-related requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
