Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer relationship management:

  • Welcoming, informing and assisting clients (by phone or email).
  • Analyze the needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
  • Provide personalized follow-up on client files.
  • To guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.

Administrative monitoring and management:

  • Drafting and managing quotes, contracts, orders or files.
  • Follow up on complaints and ensure their resolution.
  • Update customer information in Odoo CRM tools.
  • Respect internal procedures and compliance rules.

Business development

  • To retain and develop the existing customer portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for additional or cross-selling.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and prospecting activities.
  • Contribute to achieving the set objectives.

Reporting

  • Report relevant information to the manager.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (satisfaction, turnover, complaints).
  • Write regular activity reports.
Required skills:
  • Comp tences techniques .
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relations.
  • My mastery of computer tools and CRM software.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic concepts of administrative management.
  • Behavioral skills
  • Excellent sense of service and listening skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Rigour, organisational skills and autonomy.
  • Ability to work in a team

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation : Bac +3 minimum .

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer relations or in a similar position is appreciated.
  • Languages: proficiency in French is an asset
