Scope: A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Description:
•Follow ustomer service policy and procedures.
•Provide professional and courteous customer service to improve business performance.
•Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
•Impact the company s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
•Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via all channels.
•Collect and record customers feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members
•Attend all required customer service-related meetings
•Research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
•Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
•Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
•Contact Wego partners and update users with their request status.
•Complete any ad hoc assignments or procedures as required.
