Customer Service
Representative is the customer facing focal point who is responsible to deliver
exceptional service to Corteva Agriscience , Agriculture Division
of DowDuPont , local sales business customers and profitability
to Corteva Agriscience , within their assigned customer base; through
creation successful relationships, build customer loyalty and confidence.
Key responsibilities
• Perform Order Management activities in alignment with
Dow AgroSciences work processes and business service standards.
• Follow up the preparation to do business process
related to new customer code creation (Sold to and Ship to) or customer
master update.
• Enter Manual orders once received from customer or
field seller.
• Automated order: Follow up of orders entered when
automatized, follow up of alert message. Maintenance of Customer Material
Info Record (CMIR). Maintenance of customer and product data base whereas
needed.
• In Make to Order: follow up with planners to confirm
the required delivery date; In Make to Stock: follow up with Deployment
Planner (DP), to ensure correct warehousing source, and availability.
• Actively participate at Demand reviews in MTO when requested.
• Coordination with logistic partner to align customer
required delivery date and logistics availability (secondary or
primary distribution)-
• Responsible for follow up of Post Good Issued on
shipment.
• Request of express delivery or out of area exceptions
to CSTL according to customer needs.
• Responsible for QN creation when related to customer,
because of integrity of product or when a diversion or revision is needed.
• Responsible for Dispute Case creation to perform sales
adjustments or QN for revision/diversion.
• Responsible for order repricing when informed by the
price coordinator.
• Inform field seller / customer of any customer
requirement/issue or opportunity on time, reaching win-win agreements.
• Responsible to archive all the documentation related to
their customer orders.
