Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handling and resolving customer escalations or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers with product or service selection and providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database.
