Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Handling and resolving customer escalations or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assisting customers with product or service selection and providing recommendations based on their needs.
Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators.
Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database.
Desired Candidate Profile
Family Book is Mandatory.
Only UAE Nationality is preferred.
Willingness to work Full-time and 5 Days a week.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic mandatory.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments or teams.
