Job Description

Email sent successfully.

 Receive enquiries, acknowledge them immediately and record them appropriately.
 Categorizer sales enquiries for immediate action i.e. for discussing with the sales team, for future reference, etc.
 Obtain quotations and send proforma to customers.
 Prepare purchase orders in consultation with the sales team.
 Coordinate between suppliers and customers for processing sales orders.
 Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
 Follow-up for the payment from customers.
 Liaise with logistics team and update availability of stocks, maintain re-order levels.
 Update sale managers on the status of the orders, issues and stock levels.
 Keep a tab on product expiry dates and bring it to the notice of seniors for further action.
 Arrange to send samples as and when required, receive feedback on the evaluation.
 Respond to customer complaints and escalate sensitive issues to seniors.
 Update records in Orion.
 Generate BO sales reports as and when required.
 Provide backend, administrative support, arrange for meetings, travel bookings, hotels etc. for the business unit. Handle reception, faxes, couriers, email etc.
 Maintain and update quality records as per ISO standards.

Desired Candidate Profile


Required age is 25 -35

Attitude: Positive, polite, quick learner and should have good communication skills.

Excellent computer skills such as excel, word, power point.

Candidate should have knowledge about outlook etc.

Good follow up and organization skills. Hard working, detailed, smart, adaptable
A science graduate.

Knowledgeable about food ingredients are preferable.

Key skills:

Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)

Candidate should be good with excel, FMCG/ Food background preferred.

Coordinate between supplier, customer and in-house logistics and sales team
