Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Schedule appointments, track service requests, and ensure timely responses.
2- Promote services, packages, or offers when applicable.
3-Support team members and participate in meetings or training sessions when needed.
4-Assist customers with service requests, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
5-Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Strong listening, problem-solving, and complaint-handling abilities.
2- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry, CRM is a plus).
3- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4-Ready to work in shifts or extended hours if required by the company.
5- Must have previous experience in customer service, reception, call center, or front desk (preferred but not always mandatory).
