Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, Average in English, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
* CANDIDATES already residing in Dubai is a plus.
*Assist customers with inquiries via phone, what’s app.
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
* Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
* Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Job Location: [DUBAI CREEK] Position Type: Full-time [ 9AM TO 6PM / Only Sunday off]
Salary: 2,500 AED (in hand) per month Benefits:
