Business Banking was set up as a separate support vertical to manage allnonindividual relationship under Retail Banking Business banking has always ensured that the customers are placed on the right platform so as to provide then with the best product and services possible
Brief Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to existing clients with standard information and operating procedures They will also liaise with the Relationship Managers on assisting with the walk in customers
Detailed Description:
Customer Service Excellence Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely information to the customers Continually strive to achieve perfection in documentation and information being relayed to customers Policies and Procedures Be well conversant with the policies and procedures of the bank in addition to updating oneself on various developments banking sector Products and Services Qualitative Endure complete knowledge on various products and services which are offered primarily by Business Banking and Emirates NBD as a whole Ensure Faster TATsForward all requests received through emails from RMs and various internal departments Liaise with various internal departments with regards to the approval process and take issues to logical conclusionsChecker rights at centres for various processes SelfDevelopmentStrive to achieve results and take initiative for selfdevelopmentWork closely with line managers by diligently identifying key training programs Problems and Decisions Liaise with various departments to ensure perfection in documentation and delivery of same to related units Provide customers with information regarding standard process and procedures and tariffs
