Receive customer calls and provide the requested information.
• To be the main contact person with the call center for projects and aftersales services.
• Contact customers to communicate order updates and delivery time
• Set appointments for the customers in the factory if needed and make sure all arrangement is ready before customer arrival
• Facilitate internal communication with planning finance etc.
• Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
• Properly report feedback received from customers if any to the concerned parties inside the organization- Manage Administration Work of the projects sales and aftersales sector
• Make sure that documents cycle is respected and completed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
• Conduct customer surveys about the company s service so as to obtain feedback
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor degree in relevant major
• Proven customer support experience (Minimum of 1 years)
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the same field of activity of the company (lighting products, poles, electric panels, cable trays, hot galvanizing)

Experience : 1-3 years
Other Skills :
• Excellent Computer skills ( Excel, Word , power point )
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills
• Intermediate level of English is sufficien
• Very High level of self-confidence
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi task prioritize and manage time effectively
