Major Work Tasks
• Providing help and advice to customers using organization's products.
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by organization departments.
• handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
• Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service.
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle Customer inquiries-internal & external.
• Support sales team even by providing the technical information or customer requirements.
• Commutate with new customer for any future inquiry.
Educational & Professional Qualification
Bachelor s Degree in business administration
Work Experience
[ 2 ] Years of Industry experience required.
[ 2 ] Years in Customer service or sales representative.
Skills and experience:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Above average English language skills
Ability to coordinate at multiple levels and provide great customer service.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
