Customer Service Technical Support jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Customer Service for our firm, location Sharjah.
Job Description:
Answer phones and responds to customer requests.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using provided systems.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Place customer orders in computer system.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Other duties as assigned.


IT - Software Services

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile


Strong oral and written communications skills.
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service and technical support software applications.
Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
Technical support experience.
Knowledge of home networks, such as routers and wireless networks.
Computer related certifications (A+, MS Office Certifications, etc).
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
