Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively onboard new clients, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions tailored to their specific needs and business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate potential churn risks by proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
