Customer Support Engineer Jobs Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Customer Support Engineer for our firm , location Dubai.
Job Description:
You will instruct and direct technicians in servicing and repairing.
You will plan, direct, and record periodic testing, and, depending on the need, you will recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment that fails to meet acceptable standards.
You will support the modification process with wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications and methods for system or equipment modifications.
You will investigate and diagnose the causes of electrical/ mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and recommend preventative and corrective maintenance, including associated documentation, and you will prepare specifications for materials, equipment components and processes.
Based on business needs, you will be required to perform other works as well.
Job Requirements:
You will be able to work efficiently with customers, focusing on the relationship with them.
An appreciation of railway engineering is seen as an advantage
You are familiar with root cause analysis techniques and have a mind set on solving problems.
You will have a good understanding of mechanical/ electrical engineering, preferably backed by education in the specific field (HND/HNC, apprenticeship or university degree).
You are open to demonstrate lessons learnt and analyze how they influence the day-to-day tasks.
You are available to travel as required.
