Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other support channels.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and general support.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory) .
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
