Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

Assist customers with account support, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and general service requests

Deliver friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service to ensure satisfaction

Investigate customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently

Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within company systems

Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved and expectations met

Build positive customer relationships through clear and professional communication

Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve products and services

Support customer retention by consistently providing high-quality assistance

Contribute to a collaborative and customer-first team culture

Utilize CRM platforms, support software, and communication tools effectively

Keep customer records and documentation accurate and up to date

Assist in updating FAQs, internal documentation, and support resources

Follow company policies and operational procedures to maintain service quality and consistency

Desired Candidate Profile

1 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Professional, dependable, and patient approach when assisting customers

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an advantage
