Specific Description:
• Customer Support at Odiggo differs from any other experience. We provide you with the chance to explore the online and offline segments of Customer Support, together with a reach to different users from different countries.
• Being the touch point with all our customers, your goal is to portray the image of Odiggo in the right manner, with the ability to handle more complex responsibilities than any regular CS.
Online Support Job Description
• Reply to all the customers on Facebook (comments/issues/messages)
• Reply to all live chat users anytime of the day (Even through mobile application)
• Increase website conversions by navigating the users through the website
• Reply to all info@odiggo.com emails (in-case there was no reply within 24 hours)
• Decrease the phone traffic by assisting the users online
• Responsible to achieve the department monthly/weekly targets and goals
• Follow up with Vendor / Customers ( Tickets / orders / requests )
• Re-call customer to collect missing/required information , Report back to Vendor
Offline Support Job Description:
• Reply to all inbound calls and respond to customer requirements and requests
• Call customer to confirm order / complete information or to respond to their requests
• Convert potential leads to deals
• Confirm all orders with customers and complete customer information
• Track tasks that has been made from Online customer support or vendor specialist
• Communicate with logistics team to make sure of delivery status
• Increase and motivate customer to use digital and online channels
• Track all orders to be delivered or returned
• Handle all Returned requests with both Customer / Logistics team
• Send a customer survey to all fulfilled orders
• Handling Grievances with the customers
• Analyze customer feedback / Not available items

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Products Word, Excel
• 0-2 years Experience
• Arabic Above 15 WPM
• English Above 25 WPM
• Helper or Achiever Personality type
• English and Arabic average candidate
• Able to handle Customers
• Able to work Day & Night Shifts
