Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on unresolved inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and support, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes to enhance their experience.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolutions for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record in service excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field to ensure strong foundational knowledge.
- Certification in customer service management or conflict resolution to showcase commitment to professional growth.
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry, understanding the unique challenges faced by customers in these sectors.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
