Key Responsibilities

* Process DP World payments within the same day of BOE/ED date.
* Download and merge inbound/outbound documents within defined timelines.
* File Non-Remittance claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB.
* Verify accuracy of documents before processing BOE for inbound and outbound shipments.
* Maintain and update EL master files, invoices, and EDI data.
* Create and forward shipments, ensuring compliance with timelines.
* Check BL for consumables shipments and confirm complete documentation.
* Update BOE numbers, maintain arrival reports, and track all inbound documents.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of information for all shipments.
* Assist with other tasks assigned by the department head as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of Dubai Trade preferred.
* Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
* Good written and spoken English communication.
* Alert, proactive, and organized attitude.
