Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and set up Polar Cutting Machines and Robocut Cutting Machines (Programmatic Machine) to ensure accurate cutting as per job specifications.
- Check and verify the precision, size, and quality of all cut materials before forwarding to the next stage of production.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Coordinate with Printing, Binding, and Finishing teams to maintain steady workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow company safety guidelines, maintain job records, and ensure minimal material wastage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating Polar Cutting Machines or similar industrial cutting equipment.
- Strong understanding of cutting processes, machine calibration, and operational safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret job sheets and production specifications.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.
