CYBER SPECIALIST AND PLACEMENT BROKER

The role is to join the Marsh Regional FINPRO team located in the Dubai Hub, situated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a fantastic opportunity to grow Marsh s Cyber business portfolio and build on specialist knowledge. The Regional FINPRO team currently comprises a multinational/multicultural team of 4 employees responsible for development, placement and servicing of FINPRO business throughout the MENA region. The team collaborates with colleagues from Marsh s regional organization, its extensive retail network and other global FINPRO hubs to provide specialist client servicing capabilities, world class product solutions and access to local markets. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education - Relevant college/university degree preferable but not essential Experience - 5+ years experience of broking in financial lines and deep technical understanding of Cyber/Network Security & Privacy, an Commercial and Technology Errors & Omissions/or similar background. - Technical understanding of Cyber Insurance, and other FINPRO product lines such as Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom insurance coverages - Middle East Market exposure preferable but not essential Knowledge and skills (general and technical) - Demonstrated track record in consistently achieving aggressive sales targets - Ability to self-start and independently initiate new opportunities Strong work ethic, detailed oriented - Superior Technical, financial, written & verbal skills - Independently develops & presents full risk profiles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good relationship builder, b
