Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Navigate efficiently through designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Handle packages with care, loading and unloading them from the cycle, and ensuring their safe transport to the delivery location.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting courteously with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain the cycle in optimal condition, performing regular checks, reporting any mechanical issues, and ensuring cleanliness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required to ensure basic literacy and understanding of instructions.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, if applicable, demonstrates the ability to operate a vehicle safely and legally.
  • Prior experience in delivery or customer service roles is beneficial, showcasing familiarity with delivery processes and customer interaction.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, indicating practical experience in handling deliveries and managing time effectively.
