Job Vacancy: D365 F&O Technical Developer

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Developer
Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled D365 F&O Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in X++ development, extensions, integrations and technical troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to design, develop, implement and support customized solutions that enhance our ERP system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and deploy customizations using X++, Extensions, and OOP principles.
  • Customize forms, tables, classes, workflows and reports within D365 F&O.
  • Develop and maintain integrations (Data entities, OData, DMF, Power Platform, Azure services, APIs).
  • Build and maintain SSRS reports including electronic reporting (ER).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and test environments.
  • Ensure proper code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support release management, version control and deployments through LCS & Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure performance optimization and scalable solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in D365 F&O Technical Development.
  • Strong X++ development skills with knowledge of framework extensions.
  • Experience in D365 Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Entities, OData and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in SSRS report development.
  • Understanding of D365 F&O architecture, batch jobs and workflow framework.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories and LCS environments.
  • Good understanding of functional modules (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, HR and other modules).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
