The purpose of this role is to support the Talent Team in managing the resource capacity in the business across the long and the short term.
The Staffing and Capacity Management Data Analyst will work across the Talent Team with close coordination with the Finance Team to understand the resource demands of the business, and help to manage resource capacity for both the long term and the short term as well as supporting analysis for people related initiatives across the office.
Ongoing management of analytical tools/processes (Already developed)
• Own and continuously update staffing model used for staffing projects, assessing availability and forecasting
• Working with the Finance and Staffing teams to understand the pipeline of cases, and the consequent demand for teams in the coming months, along with the supply of available people and those coming free from cases that are stopping
• Developing materials (e.g. updating standard templates + additional specific insights) to update the Office Head/Partners/Manager Team on Talent situation
• Staffing update report
• Investment report
• Help manage transfer in/out requests
• Ensure data integrity and staffing systems are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate consulting trainings with HR based on staffing availability
Human Capital System (Data Management)
• Ensure all staffing allocations are accurately coded in the system
• Work with the Finance team to ensure all Partner allocations are accurately coded in the system
Report Generation
• Be the expert in all areas of staffing report generation (CTSU, HCS, VRS, GXC)
• Respond to ad hoc requested reports/analysis (as required)
Case Team Experience
• Own and manage weekly process of creating weekly CTSU materials
• Ensure survey system is accurately loaded each week
• Run forthnightly analysis to share with Talent Director and Office Head
• Create monthly CTSU results that are shown to the ME office
Future Analytical Projects
• Analysis and development work to support process changes and improvements across the Talent team
• Degree qualified
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities Excel and proven analytical skills a must, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Databases
• Strong people skills and interest in understanding AC profiles and growth trajectory
• Proven 5+ years experience of working for a professional services or blue chip organisation
• Proven organisational skills in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills ability to prioritise and multi-task
