Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting and KPI tracking
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems and produce accurate, timely report
- Skilled in data visualization tools and statistical analysis
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and data integrity mindset
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis and KPI tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar data-driven role in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, particularly in multinational firms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and influence decision-making through data storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights.
