Data Analyst Padra Medical Centre LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to support business decision-making. You will work with multiple data sources, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX formulas, interactive dashboards, and drill-through reports.
• Use Excel for advanced analysis, including pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, macros, and scenario analysis.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate data from various databases.
• Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for automation, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.
• Perform Data Cleaning & ETL to transform messy or incomplete datasets into structured, accurate formats.
• Create effective data visualizations to present insights clearly and support decision-making.
• Integrate and reconcile data from multiple systems (Odoo, HubSpot, Excel sheets, etc.).
• Conduct forecasting and predictive modeling to estimate future performance based on historical data trends.
